The railway companies concerned are: The Waterford & Limerick Railway, Dublin and Kingstown Railway, Dublin to Drogheda Railway, Dublin & Belfast Junction Railway and the Dublin & Wicklow Railway. The Public Works Loan Commissioners, the Harbour Company of Wicklow and the Kingstown Waterworks Subscribers are some of the parties to the agreements. There is also correspondence and legal documentation from the offices of Richard D. Kane, 79 Talbot Street, Dublin relating to the sale of lands for the purpose of building the railways.
