Description: Informs her that "the £3 charged in a/c as medical fees goes to pay the doctor's salary. Whether the children are ill or not, the doctor has to be paid. However you may deduct £1 as £2 is sufficient for 3 children. The other charge of £3 "nigheacháin" that is laundry". Dick [Risteárd], Maeve, and Una Cronin, were students at the Coláiste na Rinne, an Irish-language boarding school in the Ring Gaeltacht run by An Fear Mór [Séamus Ó hEocha].
