Dear Sir, the following committee has been formed for the purpose of having a portrait of John Kells Ingram, LL.D., President of the Royal Irish Academy, 1892-1896 painted and presented to the Academy in the name of the subscribers. It is proposed to fix a sum of £2 as a maximum subscription.
