Summary: | Incomplete letter on Cuala Industries headed paper in which Yeats describes the destruction of Lord Mayo's house by the IRA Irregulars "to spite and break the Government - Lord Mayo & Sir Horace Plunkett were Senators in the Upper House - our brother W.B. is also a Senator - so we have not had a moment free from grave anxiety".
