Verso of card details the 'Repeal Principles'; handwritten entry at top of verso in Thomas Mathew Ray's hand reads: 'Issued May 1845, associates card - Back. This form was changed in card for 1846 by having "Statistics of Ireland" re-adopted from card of 1844 instead of "Repeal Principles" as here - and smaller card. |
