Engraved sheet features illustration of two female figures - Justice at left, on a pillar bears the following inscription 'Ireland's right a domestic legislature' and at right, Hibernia [or symbolic figure of Plenty/Abundance? she has a harp but also a cornucopia] on a pillar bear the following words 'The Queen, Lords and Commons of Ireland'. Text printed on card underneath this reads: "This is to certify that ... was enrolled a member of the Belfast Protestant Repeal Association on ... day of ... 184-". Printed at bottom of card: 'The Friends of the above Association will meet in their Rooms, No. 7 Montgomery St. on Wednesday evening this instant at 8 o clock.
