Beginning by naming those who hold an Irish peerage and then following with an A-Z list format, this two paged broadside lists the names and addresses of those Irish opposed to the discrimination of Irish catholics by the British parliament, signed off on by the then Duke of Leinster, Augustus Frederick Fitzgerald (1791-1874) and Francis William Caulfeild, Earl of Charlemont (1775-1863), with an address of Charlemont House, Dublin [now the location of the Hugh Lane Gallery].
