Docket title: "Assessment levied by the city grand jury, for public purposes, at the last Summer Assizes commencing 21st August, 1811 amounting to £9229 18 8 1/2 d. Sterl[ing] on the inhabitants in such proportions and at the rates as are herin particularly expressed". Signed: "William Phillips, Treasurer".
