Broadside addressed to the electors of the city of Cork by candidate Isaac Butt in relation to his policies. First lines read: "Gentlemen, encouraged by numerous and respectable offers of support from members of your body, I presume to offer myself as a candidate for the high honor of representing in Parliament your ancient city". At foot of sheet: "I have the honour to be, gentlemen, your very obedient servant, Isaac Butt. Lesson-street, Dublin, October 4th 1849".
