Broadside refers to a notice in relation to vagrancy law. Handwritten in ink on verso "Viscount Clements, 19A Davies Street, Berkeley Square, London", with date stamp of July 20 1845. Another name is written alongside that of Viscount Clements, which is partially illegible - "Captain [?] which was then crossed out.
