Broadside referring to the petition of Stephen Fox Dickson in relation to the situation of coal meter of the city of Dublin, dated November 1830. "That your petitioner had during ten years upwards so filled the situation of coal meter as to obtain for petitioner, the most unqualified testimonials for zeal, assiduity, and attention to the duties of the office, as well from the officers of his Majesty's customs, as from all other persons concerned". Includes handwritten note on verso: "Sir, pledging myself to prove every fact stated in the foregoing petition I beg your support of the ... motion for enquiry . I have the honor to ... servant Stephen F. Dickson".
