Refers to a general meeting of the Governors of Tipperary, during which a letter from Sir Edward Baker Littlehales of Dublin Castle was read, stating that the Act for increasing the militia of Ireland was passed and calling for the provisions of the Act to be speedily brought into effect. Printed text includes letter of Lieutenant-General Sir Edward Baker Littlehales dated 19 August, 1807. Addressed in manuscript hand on last page: "Wm. [William] Hutchinson Esq., Streamstown, Roscrea". Last three pages blank.
