A proclamation has been issued ordering treasonable associations that have been formed in Ulster and Sligo to disperse, and an army has been raised under Lieut.-Gen. Richard Hamilton. All persons are to lay down arms and submit to him, giving hostages if required. A full pardon offered to everyone except the persons listed.
