The rapid demand for the first edition of the work now offered, having occasioned it to be already sold off; and many friends being desirons of a superior impression for their libraries and families, the author is induced to print a second edition in octavo, on fine paper for that purpose and, at the same time to accommodate schools with a duodecimo size, agreeably to the following proposals for reprinting with additions and improvements 'An epitome of the history of the world from the earliest account of time to the advent of the Messiah' by John Hoyland/

John Hoyland.
