First line of letter reads: 'To the editor of the Freeman's Journal, Waterford, September 20, 1832. Sir, A period of the deepest interest to the future destination of Ireland...The re-organization of Ireland is embracded under three heads: - 1st. Total alteration of her Ecclesiastical System; 2nd. Total alteration of her Legislative System; 3rd. Total alteration of her Municipal System'.
