Text reads: "John Hatch, Esq., being seised in Fee of a House with a very extensive Front to St. Stephen's Green, and a large Piece of Ground behind the fame, and being likewise possessed of a considerable Quantity of Land at the Back of said Ground, by Virtue of a Lease from William Thomas, Esq., was advice to throw down said House, and to make a Street through said two Pieces of Ground, from Stephen's Green towards the Circular Road". |
