Description: Letters relating to the financial, political and legal affairs of Richard Smyth. Contains correspondence from agents about legal matters as well as letters about a pew in Passage church which had belonged to his mother, Mary B. Irvine. Includes letters from agents about tenants and rents and a letter from Spotswood Bowles of Aherne House, Conna Co. Cork about irrigation on his land. Also contains some outgoing letters of Richard Smyth.
