Notes:Gerard Francis Charles 'Charlie' Hamilton was the oldest surviving son of Charles Robert Hamilton of Hamwood, Co. Meath and Louisa Hamilton (née Brooke). He succeeded to the family estate of Hamwood on the death of his father in 1913.

Violet Hamilton was born in London in 1882, and was the fourth daughter of of Robert Craigie Hamilton, of Hawkesbury, Ontario, and Charlotte Sherwood Lewis, of Brockville, Ontario. In 1911 she married her cousin Gerard Hamilton, of Hamwood, Co. Meath. She died ca. 1948.
