Description: Hamilton's correspondents include Henry Tuite, of Sonnagh, Co. Westmeath, Lord Morpeth, then Chief Secretary for Ireland, Henry Philpotts, Bishop of Exeter, and William Somerville, Baron Athlumney.

Also included is a circular letter, dated 1835, forwarded onto Hamilton at his residence in Dominick Street, Dublin, and addressed to the then Lord Lieutenant of Ireland Thomas Hamilton, Earl of Haddington from the 'resident Noblemen, Gentlemen, and Electors of ... Meath'.
