The rental describes the estate under the following headings number, denominations, tenants names, number of acres, commencement, term of years, rent per acre, rent per annum, when payable and observations. The rental contains information for eighteen denominations. These include: County Galway Clonbrock, the Wood, Caltraghdanane, Kilglass, Cloncannon, Killosolan, Latoon, Cunlaghard, Gortyroyne, Killupane, Ballynesouranagh, Corryfarry, Tycooly, Luighenny, Creggane, Cloonshee, Tythes of Caltragh; and County Roscommon, Corroghboy. The observations include some comments on leases and provide some descriptions of the estate. For the denomination of Clonbrock, the observations note 'on this is the Castle and Mansion howse of Mr. Dillon the Lands are well enclosed and devided with a large park', while for the Wood', they record 'on this is a fine young growth of timber & where grown will be worth £3000'.
