Inside cover: names of those executed and killed in action during the 1916 Rising and a reproduction print of the 1916 Proclamation. Throughout the programme are memorials to various Irish patriots of historical importance in addition to those men involved in various contemporaneous IRA activities such as the Edentubber incident.

Item is printed in green, orange and black ink.

Programme itself consists of poetry readings, ceilí music, storytelling, comedy acts, Irish dancing, ballads and traditional music performed such personalities as Eamon Keane, John Molloy, Carol Sinclair, Frances McDermott and Seán Ó'Sé.

The front cover shows a picture of the Easter Lilly and the back cover has a picture in green ink of soldiers fighting in the Easter Rising.
