Includes an order form to be sent to the Rev. Alexander B. Grosart, with the following footnote: 'No orders for seperate works can be accepted. The books will be so handsome that it is not proposed to have any large-paper copies.' Trademark motif and address of Chiswick Press on back page. Handwritten on back page: 'Jan 19[th] 1885' also, scribbled out name and address. Top left-hand corner of back page missing.
