First lines read: " As nine months have now elapsed since the commencement of the Orange Progrom in Belfast and district, it is well to remember (a) what happened, (b) the present condition of the victims, (c) the present state of Belfast trade as a result of the boycott, and (d) what measures should be adopted for the more rigid enforcement of the boycott until such time as the religious and political bigots reinstate and compensate their victims".
