Proclamation: whereas on account of the disturbed state of the county of the city of Belfast, I was compelled on the 30th day of August, 1920, to issue orders that inhabitants remain indoors between specified hours and whereas the disturbances have now ceased, now therefore do I, Major-General Sir E.G.T. Bainbridge, K.G.B., Commanding 1st Division, Compentent Military Authority, do hereby cancel my said proclamation of the 30th day of August 1920, made in exercise of all the pwers conferred on me by Regulation No. 13 of the Defence of the Realm Regulations, and as such cancellation shall take place as from 5 o'clock a.m. on Monday, the 20th day of September, 1920./
