I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the Country of origin of the said goods is as stated in the schedule below, and that the said goods will be exported from Great Britain/Northern Ireland. I also declare that the exporter(s) is/are willing to allow his/their books to be inspected at any time by an official nominated by the Revenue Commissioners, Dublin Castle, for the purpose of verifying this certificate is so required by the said Commissioners".
