First line of order reads: 'Whereas it has been decreed by Dail Eireann (Decree No. 4, Second Session, A.D. 1921), that "As Britain is waging an unjust war of aggression against Ireland the Dail directs the Ministry to proceed with the policy of excluding goods manufactured or produced in Great Britain, or imported through British merchants or agents...' Parts of text further read: 'The undernoted goods, where of British Manufacture, or imported through British Merchants of Agents: Reapers and binders, mowing machines, wheel rakes, swathe turners, hay trollies (Rickshifters), harrows, ploughs, corn drills, rootcutters...soaps and soap powders...tobacco pipes...and such other articles as may hereafter be added by order of Minister of Economic Affairs'.
