Among these is the Irish Volunteer Organisation. The Irish Volunteer Executive Council denies the right of any foreign authority to make such a pronouncement. It is hereby declared that this Proclamation does not affect in any way the principles, the aims, the objects, or the activities of the Irish Volunteer Movement".
