Advertisement on p.  at end contains a list of 36 titles "Just published and sold by William Watson, No. 7, Capel-Street." "Two wealthy Farmers, 7 parts" is the first title in the list.
According to the "Catalogue of the Henry Bradshaw Collection of Irish books in the [Cambridge] University Library" (proof copy), v. 1, William Watson (alone) was at 7 Capel Street between 1776 and 1792, followed by William Watson & Son, and then another few years as William Watson (alone), 1805-1818. This title is listed (no. 1806, p. 302) as a reprint, William Watson (alone), [18--], with a list of 50 books at end.
