With a preliminary imprimatur leaf. "The continuation and conclusion of the civill warres of France: written in Italian by Henrico Caterino Davilla ..." has a separate title page, inserted before leaf 3G1 (p. 409, 4th sequence), with imprint: "London, Printed by Ruth Raworth, are to by sold by Thomas Heath, 1648."; pagination and register are otherwise continuous. Head-tail-pieces; initials. There were at least 3 booksellers by the name of William Lee or "Ley" at work in London at this time. One of these worked at the Turk's Head ca. 1627-1675. Cf.
