| Notes: | Assizes were heard in Downpatrick and other Down Courts in Spring (usually March) and Summer (usually July) each year. Where the holdings mention a year with no session after it, the volume contains both Spring and Summer. Many of these volumes were at one time held in the Secretary to the Grand Jury's Office, the County Surveyor's Office, or the Treasurer's Office, all attached to the Courthouse in Downpatrick, County Down.
