Two poems by James Stephens;
the first is untitled [the first line reads "Wise emotion, some have thought"], the second is entitled "Pessimist" ;

The first [untitled] poem is written in pencil, the second "Pessimist" is written in black ink. The last sheet [p.3] has a sketch in pencil of a dog sitting in a boot.
