A leather bound pocket rent book with wallet, mostly relating to small holdings on the Headfort Estate, primarily relating to the period of ownership of the estate by Thomas Taylour, Earl of Bective, 1844 –1893. Included are details regarding the year rent paid, the extent and terms of tenure(whether yearly or in the cases of leases further details or "observations" have been documented i.e. whether if was a fixed lease or if a new agreement was signed).
Also included is a singe loose attachment containing a memorandum, dated 12 March 1893 and issued by the Estates Office, concerning a reducation in the rent paid by a Mr. Battersby. (1 p.)
