Summary:Léon's letter of the 20th gave him much pleasure, with regard to attached letters ask this joker of a literary agent if he has any intention of paying and how much, as for the other reply affirmatively, tell his lawyers to send the monthly cheque, he leaves the choice of the Berkeley book to Léon provided it is not too dear, Lucia is not well, he has not been allowed to see her, try to see or to talk with Joyce's son, he would accept his daughter-in-law's invitation if he could find somewhere for his daughter, is Mercanton's second article in the Nouvelle Revue Francaise, give the collection to Denhof, give Joyce's address to Louis Gillet.
