The Lawrence Photographic Project 1990/1991 was a project where one thousand photographs from the Lawrence Collection in the National Library of Ireland were replicated a hundred years later by a team of volunteer photographers, thereby, creating a record of the changing topography of the selected locations.

Hotel was burned down c.1910 and replaced very much later with the Railway Buffet partly Art Deco design, 2 storey which utilise the lower walls of the Hotel. the older portion was demolished and replaced in recent years. Funfail obstructed placing of camera in exact location.
