| Summary: | The demolition of the old building which will be preserved at the Ulster American Folk Park, Omagh. Hills opened in Strabane in the 1870s and was the last traditional style pharmacy with large specie jars, carboy containers and virol jars. The counter was a high glass display stand and the floor was finished in an Italian terrazo style in fine marble. The last hours of yet another landmark of Strabane, the death of another great character. |
