In the second picture, The American man is saying to the second man, "...and here they expect us to worry about co2 emissions, the ozone layer and the greenhouse effect!!!". In the third picture, a nervous reindeer is holding a sign saying, 'Environment Conference-Bergen Norway'. while in the background the two men are walking away and saying, "Never knew it could be so nice on the Arctic Circle this time of year...".
