Summary:Album of photographs (some captioned) relating to the Dixon family of Dublin, including family gatherings, expeditions to the seaside and children playing. One child is called G. Joly Dixon, probably after John Joly, who was Prof. Henry Dixon's close friend. Also includes photographs of antiquarian, topographical and architectural interest, including those of Glendalough, Co. Wicklow, the Skelligs, Co. Kerry, Lissan Rectory, Co. Antrim, the Grand Canal, Dublin, Dutch Billys on Sweeney's Terrace Dublin 8, the Bailey Lighhouse in Howth, men with currachs in the west of Ireland and assorted clochans and ogham stones. Also included are two identified photographs, featuring artist Walter Osborne.
