Summary:	Album, containing 47 paste down captioned photographic prints (with 11 loose, attached) featuring leaders of the Young Ireland movement. Included are portraits of John Martin, the Rev. John Kenyon, John Mitchel, William Smith O'Brien, Terence MacManus, John Patrick Leonard, Thomas MacNevin, George Nicholas and Thomas Francis Meagher. Also included are photographs of the Ship's and Freemason's Hotels in Hobart and of Kevin Izod O'Doherty, Smith O'Brien's, Meagher's and MacManus's homes in Van Dieman's Land. Mostly copy prints taken from early 1860's photographs and illustrations.
