Proposed resolutions - permanent measures.
This undated broadsheet [printed on recto and verso] has nine sections and puts forward twenty four resolutions that the authors believe the British government ought to pass into law - from the amendment of Jury Laws and Drainage Acts to the establishment of Relief Works to build harbours and piers and a "...system of relief to the able-bodied that does not lead to the increase [in cost] of food, or articles that may be exchanged for food...".
