Written in ink on recto: 'A drawing (never been published) of A Temple of The God of The Buddists (with the God) by very far the present number of Human Beings are worshippers of Bhudda'.
Depicts a room, with murals painted onto walls and floral ceiling decoration; there is a painted sculpture of a Buddha reclincing length-wise behind a frame-like structure. In front of the sculpture stands a man wearing a yellow robe and two figures are shown kneeling with their hands joined in prayer utre are two long tables shown on the right-handside. In the middle of the room, a man wearing bright yellow robes stands beside one of the tables; he is shown extending his arm to indicate the painting on the wall of a large budda.
