Manuscript account of the treatment of prisoners after their surrender,

Account gives details of treatment of prisoners when they first surrendered, the process of interrogation and count Marshall. Believed to have been written while Cosgrave was in Lewes Prison. Also contains card of Cosgrave as President of Ireland, with manuscript note on reverse admitting Dr. Russell to a Dail meeting, 14 February 1924.
