In the Matter of the Estate of Edward Gerahty [sic] and Frances Gerahty [sic], Widow, (continuted in the name of the Reverend James Gerahty [sic],) Exparte, Theobald Billing, Rental and Particulars of House and Premises int he Town of Thomastown, Barony of Gowran and Co. Kilkenny, held in fee; also of the Fee Simple Lands of Kylebeg, in the Barony of Lower Ormond, & County of Tipperary; and also of the Lands of Dromahane, otherwise Middleton, otherwise Mount Misery, situate in the said Barony of Lower Ormond and County of Tipperary, held under lease for lives renewable for ever [sic], to be sold by auction, in four lots, before the Hon. Judge Lynch, at the Landed Estates Court, Four Courts, Inns Quay, City of Dublin, on Tuesday, the 30th day of June, 1868, at the hour of 12 o'clock at noon" Solicitor for carriage of the sale is Theobald Billing & Co., Solicitors, 61 Dawson Street, Dublin. Solicitor for the owner is E.D. L'Estrange, 197 Great Brunswick Street, Dublin. The Landed Estates Court replaced the Encumbered Estates Court.
