Mentions that he called upon the Archbishop of Cashel and says that the Archbishop's proposed bill is to "give the clergyman, in case of opposition to [...], a power to recover full losses and damages from any person in his parish". Says that Agar left two copies of the bill with the Primate and Thomas Orde.
