Letter requests William Leader to inform him how much a plain post chaise would cost along with trims and crest. He mentions that his brother Lord Doneraile recommended him and that he, William Leader, had made many carriages for his brother James St. Leger, (1757-1834), the Archdeacon of Cloyne.

Richard St Leger, (1756-1840), Major of the South Cork Militia and MP for Doneraile (1777-1783), was the brother of Hayes St Leger, 2nd Viscount Doneraile, (1755-1819).
