Inscribed in pencil l.c.: It is stated that Viscount Craigavon is very pained at the manifesto announcing the formation of a new Liberal party in the six counties. Illustration features James Craig, Viscount Craigavon having a brick (the Ulster Liberal Party Manifesto) thrown through the Lambeg drum he was playing (it has L.O.L. [Loyal Orange Lodge] written across it).
