Lynch Law
Judge Harrison clearly does not consider Balfour's law swift enough in its operation, for he called out at Galway on Friday last:-"Why the people don't rise up and use Lynch Law is a mystery to me. I am astonished they do not do so - if they did, I think it would be a happy day for the administration of the law.".
