This is Constable O'Baton, of the R.I.C., trying to read his "Notes" of several long speeches at a great public meeting - And it is on the evidence of such fellows as this that Priests, Members of Parliament and Respectable Citizens are flung into Prison, aye! and not infrequently into the Grave.
