The Lord Lieutenant and Governor-General of Ireland, peeps out from a bullet-proof casement in Dublin Castle and sees a certain person making a royal progress through the Country amidst the jubilations of the people, and quite unprotected by Dragoons and Police. ; Note (private). The L.L.and G.G. would exchange places with "A certain person.".
