"Where are the police?"!!!
Why, of course helping old Rackrent, J.P., the Landlord, and his Bailiff, to pull down the Widow Maguire's little home, and carry off her cow and pig. In the meantime the roughs are having a "high old time" of it. without [sic] being bothered by the attentions of the R.I.C.'s. The best of the joke is, The Widdy all the time has to pay for "protection" by the Force.
