Checking the bill

Mr Gladstone. - Well, Pat, here I am, at last, with my Great Bill, and I have to congratulate myself that I have, This Time, settled the Land Question to my entire satisfaction. Pat.-Don't you think, Mr. G., it might be as well that I shared some of the satisfaction you talk of. If that Bill is a really good one and gives me what I am asking, then all right. I'll yoke this team here, and in a short time turn this wilderness of a country into a smiling garden. But if it is a patched up half-and-half sort of thing, you may take it and yourself off. Some one else-maybe myself-will have to "Settle The Land Question.".
